Adult Bible Study
Zion Lutheran Church offers many opportunities for growth in God’s Word. Classes cover topics relating to our life of faith over a broad range of areas and interests. They are held on Sunday morning and at various
times throughout the week.
Sunday morning classes typically cover individual books of the Bible, topics like marriage and family, and Christian teaching.
Adult Information Classes are offered in the Spring and in the Fall. The class is an overview of the teachings of the Christian faith, including the Ten Commandments, the Creed, the Lord’s Prayer, Baptism, Confession, and the Lord’s Supper.
Youth Sunday School
Sunday school classes are offered for children preschool age through high school. These classes help children develop Christian values, deepen faith in the Triune God and grow in their commitment to life-related service to God. Throughout the year the children serve by visiting the Lutheran Community Home, proclaiming God’s Word through a special Christmas service, and by making cards for shut-ins.
Zion's outreach ministries include the Japanese outreach program, Groundwork Guatemala, and hosting the local MOMS group just to name a few. It begins with feeling God's call to serve and builds with support from dedicated members of the congregation working hand in hand with members of the community to be the foundation for Zion's outreach ministries. Following God's call to serve and share His love, our ministry will continue to spread and bless many members of our area and abroad.
Cradle Roll provides parents with information about their child’s Christian growth development and support in parenting from birth to age three. Families with infants are encouraged to join.

They are available for consultation when a person or family needs assistance during a time of personal crisis or difficulty. They also provide support and care for couples planning to be married or when there is a death in the family. Please feel free to call the church office any time that pastoral care is desired.
